Voices of the Southern Ocean offers a showcase of Tassie literary talent in one stylish volume. With over 50 writers & artists, it’s the largest ensemble of Tassie literary works in one book!
This anthology brings together over 50 writers and artists from Nipaluna/Hobart and beyond with all-original short works inspired by personal connections and reflections on the vast and mysterious waters that lie just south of our beautiful coastline. The collection includes splash fiction, reflective prose, micro-nonfiction and polar poetry, presenting a distinctly local perspective about the precious waters close to our home. Together, these authors form a chorus of local literary voices for the Southern Ocean, its creatures and its future.
