It has been scientifically proven that wearing Merino wool clothing improves sleep quality. Researchers at the University of Sydney conducted a study comparing adults wearing wool sleepwear with adults wearing cotton and polyester.
It was found that those wearing the wool sleepwear fell asleep in just 12 minutes as opposed to 22 and 27 minutes for those wearing polyester and cotton. (Woolmark)
