I cherish my caps

I was given one over ten years ago and have purchased a few since that time. I wear one nearly every day. Where you might ask. As I have no hair on the top of my head I wear a cap to bed every night. You can lose 25% of your body heat from your head and when your head gets cold at night you get poor sleep. Thank you Smitten

So light and effective

I recently returned from a river cruise in Europe and they had an historic arctic cold blast whilst I was there. I d slipped my Smitten beanie into my jacket pocket - just in case. I wore it constantly and it was great. So small, light and most effective. You can pop it into your purse or handbag. I love it.
